IWAA
The mission of the Incarnate Word Athletic Association is to help provide a Catholic environment for all youth who wish to participate in sports activities and learn how to apply Christian principles to sports-related situations.
The IWAA provides the following sports:- West County CYC Soccer (2nd-8th grade)
- IW Training League Soccer (K-1st grade)
- West County CYC Volleyball (3rd-8th grade)
- West County CYC Basketball (3rd-8th grade)
- IW Training League Basketball (K-2nd grade)
- West County CYC Baseball/Softball (1st-8th grade)
- IW Training League Baseball/Softball (PreK-K)
- Track (K-8th grade)
- Golf (2nd-8th grade)

Incarnate Word Parish Athletic Association Open Positions
Volunteers are needed for the following open positions on the Incarnate Word Athletic Association Board.

The Treasurer shall maintain custody of and be responsible for all IWAA funds, shall keep and maintain accurate books and records of all income and disbursements, shall make a report of the financial status of the IWAA at each meetings of the Board. The Treasurer shall pay all non-budgeted expenditures in accordance with the practices established by the Board. Extra ordinary expenditures may be disbursed with approval by the President. This is a two year term.Sports Rep
Each sports rep will represent the IWAA as league representatives for their sports and will be assisted by the Sports Administrator. The Sports League representatives will participate in the coordination and supervision of the sports programs sponsored by the IWAA, exercise general supervision of all such sports of the parish, represent the IWAA at the league meetings scheduled for each sport, report the status of the sport to the Board at each regular meetings, and provide support to the President and Sports Administrator as requested.
Umpire Coordinator
Responsible for coordinating and scheduling umpires for baseball and softball in the spring season. Works closely with the Baseball Rep.CYC Liaison Representative of IWAA to the larger CYC organization. Shares information from CYC to the IWAA at regular meetings.
